To return online purchases to a store please take the packing slip included with your order and the method of payment used for the original purchase. The packing slip will serve as your receipt. If you don't have your packing slip, you may receive an exchange in the amount of the current selling price. Exchanges without a packing slip must be made for an item of equal or greater value.
Pack your return securely in the original package if possible. Be sure to include the return form. Attach the shipping label provided with your original order. If you do not have your original packing slip, please include the following information with your return: bill-to name, address and phone number; ship-to name, address and phone number; order number; reason for return; and requested exchange items if applicable.
